That Dutch government response is a Rohrshach test. I don’t see a great refutation, but rather just what I described. In response to claims that the boy is a Muslim migrant, the government says he is not a migrant, and the implication is clear: no dispute of the Muslim part.
Maybe they just don’t know if he’s a Muslim. You know here in Europe person’s religion is nobody’s business. And what difference it would make ? Are you suggesting that all violence by Muslims are done because of them being Muslims ? That would be a pretty dumb assumption 'cause a Muslim can punch somebody for so many reasons that have nothing to do with religion, just like Christians or atheists do.
Heck, maybe the victim was a Muslim for all I know.

Then the rest of it is just ad hominem against the person who posted the videos, plus an odd mention of the attacker having been put through some sort of alternative juvenile justice program that sounds like it was a slap on the wrist. Who is that supposed to impress?
:dubious:
Look for yourself. It’s not a fucking “Rohrshach test”, you muppet. Google translation of body of article:
The first tweet came from Jayda Fransen, the deputy leader of Britain First. She claims that a Muslim migrant attacks a man on crutches. This is followed by two more videos of people whose French claim that they are Muslims.
In reality, on the first video no Muslim migrant can be seen but a 16-year-old boy from Edam-Volendam. He was arrested in May this year, because of the abuse of the boy on crutches. A video of the incident appeared on the website Dumpert.nl. The 16-year-old boy who made the film was also arrested. Dumpert took the video offline after the boys were arrested.
The police then did not say a word about the origin or religion of the young suspects. GeenStijl reports that the perpetrator is “not a Muslim, let alone a migrant,” but “just a Dutchman.”
Fransen and Trump do not seem to have seen their mistake. For example, Trump happily tweeted about ‘fake news’ from CNN and that people have to boycott the American television channel. Fransen reacts enthusiastically to sharing her tweets by President Trump.
The Dutch Embassy in Washington pointed out Trump later on the day via Twitter. “Facts do matter,” the embassy observed, and then pointed out that the perpetrator was born and raised in the Netherlands.
The Moron Idiot Kindergarten Dope digs himself deeper:
So… he admits to knowing that Flynn had committed crimes when he pressured Comey to back off him? Isn’t that pretty much the textbook definition of “obstruction of justice”?

I like Jim Wright’s response to this Tweet
Somewhere right now, Trump’s lawyer is washing down handfuls of Xanax with whiskey straight from the bottle.
Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump
I had to fire General Flynn because he lied to the Vice President and the FBI. He has pled guilty to those lies. It is a shame because his actions during the transition were lawful. There was nothing to hide!
It’s, “Fucking Moron Idiot Kindergarten Dope”.
One must be accurate. It’s for posterity.

Ok, now the Washington Post is reporting that Trump’s lawyer, John Dowd wrote the Tweet about firing Flynn. I guess that makes it all better :dubious:
Trump’s lawyer John Dowd drafted the president’s tweet, according to two people familiar with the twitter message. Its authorship could reduce how significantly it communicates anything about when the president knew that Flynn had lied to the FBI, but also raises questions about the public relations strategy of the president’s chief lawyer.
Two people close to the administration described the tweet simply as sloppy and unfortunate.

That claim has all the veracity of “I was holding that bag of weed for a friend”. What a bunch of fucking morons. All of them.
I don’t care if Barron wrote with Melania’s help, it’s got Dickhead’s name on it. He owns it.
Worse. It might happen that someone could be busted while holding a bag of weed for a friend, however statistically unlikely. There is ZERO chance that Trump’s own lawyer authored that tweet.

Yup, well put. And now Trump is trying to throw his own lawyer under the bus. Thinking that might not work out so well.
It serves as a warning to the next lawyer.
The words formed a sentence, so this excuse seems possible.

If only Trump would use some more exclamation points in his tweets. You know like a real 5 year old would do. Perhaps then I could believe him.

That would be Jimbo I think. Shares an office with the insurance agency down at the strip mall.
And if Jimbo is still occupied helping his pal Ratso with this weed thing, there’s alway’s Lionel Hutz to the rescue.
No, my fashion sense is sloppy and unfortunate. This raises the bar for rank stupidity and gross negligence.
“Many people in our Country are asking what the “Justice” Department is going to do about the fact that totally Crooked Hillary, AFTER receiving a subpoena from the United States Congress, deleted and “acid washed” 33,000 Emails? No justice!”
When is he going to realize that the Department of Justice works for him?
