I guess Whitaker has submitted his weekly status update to Trump.
Which means that we’re now due for a serious of tweets asking why Whitaker isn’t “doing his job.” It could be that the nearly impossible has happened – that Whitaker has seen the synopsis of Mueller’s evidence and realized just what a threat to the country Donald really is.

I do think your phrase “nearly impossible” applies here–the alternative would require that Matthew Whitaker care about the welfare and security of the United States of America.
The evidence that he does so seems to be rather sparse.

I’ll give a little credit that it is clever in that tweet for him to call Mueller highly conflicted, because it could mean conflicts of interest or he could be saying he thinks Mueller is undergoing psychological inner turmoil.
