“And now, you die, and ve all move up in rank!”
I wouldn’t want to run this shit show of a government either.
I just set up a twitter account for the sole purpose of cheerleading his tweeting, I fawn all over his awesome tweets and I tell him how they make him seem strong and powerful and sexy and I suggest things for him to tweet about. I don’t know if he even sees them but it’s worth a shot. It takes a strong stomach, though.
I bet he will re-tweet it, not even realizing you are just trolling him.
Last I heard approximately half of his followers were bots, though the percentage may go up as he’s now blocking everyone who replies in disagreement with him.
It’s hard to believe we’re talking about the fucking president of the fucking United States of America. :smack:
Holy. Fucking. Crap.
That isn’t the trouble. The trouble is the number of people who think that his tweets are entirely appropriate or telling it like it is or whatever.
Half of Trumps people couldn’t fit in an agony booth.
Well, not all at once; no…
Mr. Kushner - your agonizer please
<ivanka pops around the corner > - You called?
Remember this headline from 2008? Black Man Given Nation’s Worst Job
Gotta love The onion. However, the story needs updating to include this ending
“… and then see all your efforts undine by a big orange shit gibbon …”
and they usually have a much better sense of ethics.
Oh, yeah. he brought Rosenstein in, to be his lackey and to write a “letter” providing cover for what he had already decided to do about Comey (who was no longer useful to him personally).
We have seen the video where he admits he had already decided to do this.
Rosenstein was supposed to be the fall guy or something, because Rrump has no balls. But he IS stupid and infinitely arrogant.

Donald Trump admits 'this Russia thing' part of reasoning for firing Comey | Donald Trump | The Guardian
May 11, 2017, Trump said, “I was going to fire Comey. My decision. I was going to fire Comey. There’s no good time to do it, by the way. I was going to fire regardless of recommendation.” “I was going to fire (James) Comey."
“In fact, when I decided to just do it, I said to myself, I said, ‘You know, this Russia thing with Trump and Russia is a made up story, it’s an excuse by the Democrats for having lost an election that they should have won.’”
James Comey deserved to be fired. As FBI director, he botched the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private e-mail server and breached the public trust. The FBI director was wrong to release “derogatory information” about Clinton even as he said he would not prosecute her. At the same time Comey was informing the public about the Clinton e-mail investigation, he was also investigating Trump-Russia ties. But he never revealed that until after Trump’s victory. He directly affected the election. But Comey didn’t lose his job over that. He lost it over his investigation into alleged ties between Russia and President Trump’s circle of friends and advisors. The truth is in Trump’s tweets. It’s ALL about “the Russia thing”
On Trump and his verbiage: Legally, Trump would be better off to do a Cosby and just shut the F up. Apparently he doesn’t understand the concept that anything he says or tweets can and and will be used against him in a court of law. Which is fine by me, so have at 'er Donald! Be the best Chump you can be!

So Trump is now boasting that there exists one outlier poll that gives him a 50% approval rating.
Note to Trump: If the fact that only half the country thinks you are doing a bad job is the highlight of your presidency you probably shouldn’t advertise that fact. Especially since most polls show much lower approval.
Also given how obviously awful and unpopular you said Obama was, is beating his poll numbers really something you want to crow about. Isn’t it rather like boasting that in the most recent poll you are now more popular than Charles Manson? Especially since, unless the O refers to OJ Simspson, its not actually true. Obama’s ratings at this time in his presidency were at around 60%, and the latest ones before his presidency were in the high 50’s.
Hard to imagine that anyone thinks he’s doing a good job.
All he is doing is defending his asshole behavior. That’s all.
What job are you doing Trump? Even though this is the Pit, my feelings and thoughts about him can’t be shared in polite company.
You want to know why? Because it just doesn’t matter. Trump’s base, the people locked in the information bubble where all mainstream media is fake, truly believe the daily emissions from Trump’s twitter, Kellyanne Conway, and Fox News are the one true revelation. They “know” Obama’s popularity was never really above 10 percent, the the Democrats and the MSM are engaging in the biggest Witch Hunt in history, and that Trump has been the most effective and hard-working President the country has ever had.
My mom is one of them. Trump knows what he’s doing - he’s throwing bones to his base to keep them safely locked in their bubble, where they can always provide enough public support to give him an element of “reasonable doubt” no matter what malfeasance gets uncovered.
Those of you who have friends/family Trump supporters AND you can talk to them about such matters (I have them, but we don’t talk politics. At. All.), would it be possible to ask in the gentle spirit of scholarly inquiry (which I would never be able to pull off, BTW), “Is there anything-- literally and specifically anything– that the President could do that would make you withdraw your support from him? Even something that seems utterly impossible, like shooting someone on Fifth Avenue.” I’m guessing that question will be met with hostility, but I’m sure curious about the answer.
I literally asked this very question during the campaign, after “grab 'em by the pussy”, of my FB Trump friend. She asked her friends to answer…and they responded with a word salad of Hitlery/Benghazi/Email nonsense.
