Toasted bagel, buttered with garlic butter. Fry up a relatively thin steak to your liking (I usually use these fast-fry eye of round steaks, but YMMV). You could add mushrooms and/or onions as desired. Works better than any other steak sandwich, as the typical bagel has more structural soundness than other breads, so you can actually eat it like a sandwich, taking bites rather than having to cut it up.
