“Butterface” is an amusing term. My half-Colombian wife tells me that in South America, this is referred to as:

Radio Ogs Opie and Anthony once descibed her as looking like Ruth Buzzi. Of course I may only have found this really funny because she turned out to be listening and called in to talk about it with them.

To me Julia Roberts face was always bizarre enough to trigger the “uncanny valley creepy”.
Other than Kournikova and Sharapova, pretty much every female professional tennis player is a butterface.
Except Serena Williams. She’s got the body of a workhorse and the face of an ass.
I would describe Tia Leoni’s face as “cute,” Rene Russo’s as a “classic beauty.” Neither is a butterface IMHO. Then again, Leoni’s kinda skinny. I’ve not seen Russo’s body so I’m not in a position to comment.
