I don’t think I’m very well-known here, and I haven’t posted in almost three weeks, but out of politeness, I feel I should give a formal good-bye. I’m at college, and rather than me an anti-social freak as I was last year, I have friends and things to do. I also have a computer that is a psycho hose beast and won’t let me get online. So this is probably my last post for awhile. Everyone here is very neat and I’ll miss you all, but I think it’s time for me to get a non-message board life.

OK Kristen, I and many others will miss you. But why must it be all or nothing? Can’t you just stop in every now and again and see how things are doing, or just say hi?
Page 23 paragraph 17, subsection 5: Memebers of the SDMB (Straight Dope Message Board) are required to post during their every waking hour. A life is NOT accecptable.

Seriously, I don’t post here nearly as much as i did when i first joined, and I know I’m not as well known now as I used to be. Maybe you could do like I do, just pop in here every now and then for a bit.
