Calista Flockhart is on Leno right now, and she has the weirdest thing going on with her lips. I asked my roommate into the room, and said, “Who does she look like right now?” He took a few seconds, and said, “The Joker!”
I tried this with several other people and got the same response. She’s got the weird litte turned up at the sides of her mouth thing that Jack Nicholson had in “Batman.” Anyone have any idea what is going on? Did she have a botched face job or something? Really bad makeup job?
Help please? Anyone? It’s blowing my mind!
…Not to harp on celebrity looks or something. Although I think that there is some kind of PC credentials for pointing out that Flockhart looks strange, since you’re encouraging young impressionable girls to NOT alter their bodies and starve themselves, instead of the other way around as usual.
I always thought that her entire mouth looked too big for the rest of her face. It’s like she could open wide and the top of her head would flop over backwards and dangle between her shoulderblades. Ironic how someone that skinny has a mouth big enough to eat a whole cake in one bite.

peas and a single lima bean. TV Guide featured a takeoff on an Altoids ad,
depicting Flockhart holding a box of “ALLY-TOIDS”-the “curiously thin” mints
that are “guaranteed to make you sexy and popular.”
I’ve always thought Calista had that Joker thing going. I just think her facial features are entirely too big for the rest of her body. I don’t get people who think she is perfect. She is so not attractive.
Also what was the deal with her hair??? It looked dirty and uncombed. Calista seems to focus a lot on her mouth and her lips–at least Ally does. Once on the show she chose “luscious lips” for a user name on a computer. There have been several images where she licks some good looking guy with a huge cartoon tongue. Also, she is constantly doing things to draw attention to her mouth; she’s applying lipstick, lip balm, pouting, placing her fingers on her lips, chewing on her thumb, etc… Once you look for it you will notice she seems to have an oral fixation, which is ironic in a person who is so clearly emaciated.
In response to comments made last year about how she was too thin, Calista Flockhart said “I eat and exercise normally”
As an aside Courtney Thorne Smith who plays Georgia, was on a talk show recently discussing how extremely thin she was getting last year in response to the pressure put on her by the producers, agents, et al to lose a little more weight, get into the next smaller skirt and all. Courtney said “Some people who say that they eat and exercise normally have a distorted view of what is normal.” She went on to say that many people who say that are eating once a day a meal that consists of 1 ounce of boiled chicken and 3 peas and then exercising for 2 hours and then running 8 miles a day. It was pretty obvious that she was refering to Ms Flockhart when she made that comment.
For God’s sake, both of those girl should eat a burger or something, with fries and a milkshake too.
And make that three burgers, four large fries and two big milkshakes for the painfully, scary-thin Lara Flynn Boyle, who will be hosting SNL on 5/12. If she turns to one side, we may not be able to see her.
