Can a dead man come?

Mick and I were talking, and he said he knew a girl who could make a man ejaculate (but not exactly in those words) even when dead. If you had access to appropriate parts, including prostate, seconds after heart failure, would it happen?

The Jagger is a philosopher, not a medical doctor. Take all he says regarding physiology with a grain of salt.

But, when I had a fever, he prescribed me more cowbell and everything was okay.

But he is acquainted with Keith Richards.

I have found it difficult, but not impossible myself. Being the dead man that is. She wouldn’t be known as “Kat” would she?

Try the Mars Bar.

Jagger was quoting Lucille Bogan.

Sir Mick was using his poetic license. There may be some physiological grounding, though.

At least a decade ago, I read an account of a female jail inmate who had fatally stabbed a jail guard and escaped. After her arrest, she claimed the guard had coerced her into a sex act. The dead guard had semen on him, which her defense counsel said proved her claim. The medical examiner said men sometimes ejaculate during violent death. I vaguely remember the court found for the inmate, though.

I have no cite, nor any further information. I can say I’m not making it up, but I won’t be offended if you don’t believe me.

Believe or not believe, that person would still be alive while ejaculating.

It is possible to use medical procedures to retrieve semen from a recently dead man (for use in artificial insemination). But I don’t think it’s accurate to say that the deceased has “come” in the normal sense of the word.

What a great song, and exactly to OP. And shows how steeped in the blues Jagger was/is than other players. [pls. don’t turn this into a who’s better than who thread, unless they have something to do with OP :)]

I have three more questions along the OP line. Two are spoilers and moments from a fine and fun movie, good for the whole family; the third is part of what some might consider a TMI.
1. Can an unconscious man come?
2. Can a man w/o testicles come?
3. Can a man “come” blood, i.e., have a lot of blood be ejaculated?

from: Antichrist
From the real world:
On two separate occasions, after a pleasant toe-bumping, the condom was red with blood, [on the inside, natch] presumably mine.:eek: Needless to say, I was terrified, but my internist said it was “just” a capillary on the inside of my penis that had burst. The second time, a different internist said the same.

How common is this?

Yes. Ejaculate has very little to do with the testes. Almost the entire volume of ejaculate is prostatic fluid, with the testes only supplying spermatozoa. There may be millions in a shot, but they are really small.

Hematospermia is not unknown, and is generally due to burst blood vessels from trauma or infection somewhere in the prostate, urethra or seminal vesicles. It is unlikely to be copious volumes, though - you would probably have direct bleeding from the urethra to produce the effect you describe during an orgasm. It should be checked out - hematospermia can be caused by an STI like chlamydia.

Si

Wouldn’t it depend on “how” dead they are? I.E. how recently, and by what means?

FWIW, sf writer Joe Haldeman once wrote in a short story (“A Separate War”) about a very sexually-excited man ejaculating, without any external stimulation, as he died from a stab wound given to him by the woman he was chasing with the intention of raping her. Don’t know if that’s medically sound or not.

According to Mary Roach, stimulation of the vagus nerve will cause an orgasm, even if the person is dead.

It’s possible it only applies to females, though.

More research definitely needs to be done in this area.

According to folklore the mandrake root grows where a hanged man’s semen drips onto the ground. Not exactly science.

I’ve seen a lot of dead bodies. None of them have ejaculated.

Perhaps you’re just not trying hard enough.

Not science, indeed, but a MD friend of mine mentioned that it’s not rare for men who hang themselves to ejaculate.

Indeed, wasn’t there a wave a few years back of guys who would hang themselves “just enough” to have a great orgasm?

David Carradine among them, according to some reports: Erotic asphyxiation - Wikipedia

Indeed, some of them hanged themselves just a little too much.
