You need to send an e-mail from the e-mail account that is currently in use by your user name. You are required to keep a current e-mail on your account in case we ever need to get in touch with you for some reason.
If you need to update the e-mail on your user account, go to your user control panel (UserCP on the upper right) then select Edit Details, then click on Edit E-mail and Password. You should get an e-mail to verify the change. Check your spam filter if you don’t get it.
