So what’s the catch? Is it simply a matter of companies paying to put advertising logos on the mugs?
I should be getting my free beer mug soon!
After you give your address and click submit, it takes you to a little poll, asking for sex, age, approximate income, marital status, and favorite activities. They probably compile their poll results and sell them to beer companies or something. We’ll see if I get my mug or not.
Odd that their little blurb at the bottom refers to stress balls instead of beer mugs. Almost as if they copied it from some other site they own.
From the stressball site they have:
“Please keep in mind that you will have to wait until an advertiser chooses your demographics and geographics to receive a free stress ball or free beer mug. Depending on which demographics or geographics you are in you might have to wait weeks or months, before your free gift arrives. Conversely, others people may have to wait only a few days because an advertiser is already targetting their demographics, and some people will likely receive both a stress ball and a beer mug depending on the location and demographic info provided.”
So you could get one in a few days or months or maybe never.
I signed up for both. What the heck they don’t ask for a phone number.
