I read this paperback book a long time ago(25yrs maybe) about a soldier who was at Calvary when Jesus was crucified and Jesus told him he would be a soldier forever, that he would die violently over and over again, but he would always be resurected as a soldier somwhere. Can anybody help?
I believe this is called Casca: The Eternal Mercenary. There’s a whole adventure fiction series about him. Never read them but a friend told me they were okay. Search Amazon.com for “Casca”.
