Can you ID this Children's Book?

I am trying to find a Children’s book I had seen to give as a gift.

  1. It starts with dialogue balloons coming out of houses saying “Good morning”
  2. Most pages are a variety of children saying different things.
  3. On one page it has the lines “Over the teeth and past the gums look out stomach here it comes”.

I had the name and title written down but then my phone died and I can’t retrieve it. Any help? Thanks.
