Title says it all. It’s a short animated gif of a (presumably fake) cop doing strange antics with a pistol, including firing it from his pants like a wang.

It looks like Rob Schneider is the cop to me, but I may be wrong. Looks almost like a scene from an over the top cop comedy too, but I couldn’t give a name.
OK, it’s been answered elsewhere. Turns out it’s a Swedish parody of Hollywood movies called Kopps.
I very much want to find a copy of this now.
