Félicitations! Justin seemed a little nervous about the whole thing, but they look excessively happy and extravagantly in love. Mes meilleurs souhaits!
I don’t care. No really. While he gave a nice eulogy, it was his dad that made him famous. Fawning over this guy and his wedding just seems so provincial.
Most newly weds do. Time will tell.
But I did like his dad and I can’t help but wish them well.
I had to tell my wife about this. Her maiden name is Trudeau and yes, there is a connection.
I dig their car.
The son certainly resembles the father.
I fervently hope he either never enters politics, or does and fails miserably.
Family political dynasties never help anyone but themselves. We don’t need a Kennedy or a Bush clan here.
Fortunately, Grey, I think this is very provincial indeed. I get the sense that nobody outside the Ottawa-Montreal corridor gives a shit about Justin Trudeau.
See I’m stuck right in the media/political locus, no wonder I’m getting irritated. He does come across as a nice guy, but the fawning over the Trudeau legacy is starting to require hip waders around here.
Nice post count, RickJay.
My mum was in Montreal during the invocation of the War Measures Act, so she’s never had much fondness for M. Trudeau–but Justin and Sacha are good guys, and I’m glad they’re happy.
