And Zut, the penalty isn’t just “$75 and some lip service”. Its a heck of a lot of bad publicity which translates into lost business. And its also a promise to do better in the future. Can you measure that now? No. But you can hold them to it. And a SLAPP suit would most likely go nowhere as the original suit has been dropped and the person who filed it is undergoing disciplinary measures.
