Bernie: Larry David returns.
Beto: Jon Heder, compete with a “Vote for Beto” shirt
Marianne Williamson: Jane Krakowski
DiBlasio: Tim Robinson
Kamala: Maya Rudolph
Booker: The Rock
Gillibrand: Kristen Bell
Pete Buttigieg: Adam Scott.
Jay Inslee needs to be played by the dude who played “The Godfather” on Generation Kill.
Joe Biden: Ted Danson?
Gene Hackman has to be Joe Biden
Delaney - Will Ferrell in a bald cap.
He’s a little older, but I could see Fred Armison play Julian Castro.
Biden has to be Jason Sudeikis, like he’s always been.
Is time travel allowed?
Jay Inslee - the Cape Fear version of Nick Nolte
Or reincarnation?
Bill de Blasio - the middle-aged version of John Huston
Paul Giamatti for Delaney and Rachel Dratch for Klobuchar. Marianne Williamson plays herself.
Richard Dreyfus for Bernie.
Christopher Lloyd as Doc Brown as Bernie Sanders.
I think Robert Deniro would be a good Bernie Sanders.
The only problem with De Niro is that he doesn’t learn his lines and doesn’t read well. I love him as a movie actor, but I remember his SNL cold opens as pretty cringe-worthy.
