Seriously, I have two set of answers. A price-is-no-option and a budget cast. Mix and match the two as needed.
Hannibal: Bruce Willis (it would become less an ensemble at this point!)
Murdock: Matthew McConnaghy (could play Face, but not suave enough)
BA: Ving Rhames (the ONLY choice!)
Face: Christain Bale (GQ good looks)
Hannibal: Kurt Russell (gets the second look at any script Willis passes on)
Murdock: Josh Lucas (*always * a low-cost McConnaghy replacement!)
BA: Ice Cube (likely not much cheaper than Rhames, if at all)
Face: Harry Connick, Jr. (not a bad actor)
