I hope no one in this thread gives away the Shocking Secret of GAARD’s true identity! He will no doubt be the main villain of the second or third film in the series.
There was also Rocket Racer, who had super-powered skates. And Night Thrasher, who had a skateboard and a vaguely filthy name.
