Ceiva frame hack idea

I had a ceiva frame with the lifetime subscription then ended up getting a new frame for a present. They no longer offer the lifetime subscription. I am wondering if I can trick ceiva into thinking the new frame is the old one. Any ideas? May transferring a component from the old to the new or some creative hacking of the software.
