Celebrities/VIPs/Luminaries whose names phonetically join in the middle

Alan Napier, the one true Alfred Pennyworth.

Kent Taylor was top-billed as TV’s Boston Blackie in the 1950s — after getting billed second in movies that starred Richard Dix during the 1940s, but before getting billed second to Gene Nelson in one of his star turns in the 1960s.

After five seasons as a MADtv castmember, Phil LaMarr was simultaneously voicing Samurai Jack on SAMURAI JACK, and Static on STATIC SHOCK, and Green Lantern on JUSTICE LEAGUE, and Hermes Conrad on FUTURAMA.

Unfortunately the ‘uh’ ending of Stella and short vowel ‘a’ of Adler don’t quite high five, but I believe you’ve yet to get granted a cheating McGuffin (it was a close call).

Really?

You had to do that? ::impotently shaking fist::

I thought about Isaac Bashevis Singer, but that’s kinda lame using middle names, and too lazy to check but I think Douglas Sirk has already been mentioned, so I’ll go with Louis Sloton, who was a physicist and scientist at Los Alomos. He accidentally initiated a fission reaction, and died from radiation poisoning nine days later.

Well, if you want a guy from the other side of the political aisle, I guess there’s former House Majority Leader — and big fan of Benjamin Netanyahu — Eric Cantor.

Not a Cantor fan, but at least he doesn’t emit disconcerting noises, or at least one would hope.
Dolores Sloviter - 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals judge

In that vein, how about Laurence Silberman: a Senior United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit who got awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom after chairing the Iraq Intelligence Commission?

At that, if we’re doing Government Officials we may as well name Cabinet Secretaries; Jim Mattis might not count, but Kirstjen Nielsen and Wilbur Ross presumably do.

American artist — and creator of DENNIS THE MENACE — Hank Ketcham.

Before the Backstreet Boys went multiplatinum in the ‘90s, the New Kids On The Block went multiplatinum in the ‘80s — with Jonathan Knight’s brother, Jordan Knight, as the lead singer. Which brings me to how the NKOTBSB tour and album led to Jordan Knight teaming with Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys on a “Nick & Knight” tour and album.

Olivia Arias
Laraine Newman
Chuck Connors

The “uh” at the end of Olivia and “ehr” (or however one would spell that) at the beginning of Arias don’t quite jive, but a cheating mcguffin will go towards that one.
