I’m sure she gets one whenever she needs one.
I must admit I’ve made a joke about this. For some reason I make a joke about Adam Lambert being in a relationship with Lady Gaga, not knowing that he was gay, and my sister told me “but he’s gay”, so I immediately shot back with “exactly, not a problem!”
Lady Gaga herself was joking about this rumor at least as far back as the 2010 video for “Telephone”. It opens with a scene where Lady Gaga is shoved into a prison cell by two female guards, who pull off her dress leaving her wearing nothing but her stockings and heels. One of the guards says “I told you she didn’t have a dick” and the other says “Too bad!”
