Why is CENTRL MICHIGAN always in all caps on the ESPN rankings page?No other team is.Only thing I can think of is because it is the closest school to me.

It’s showing up in all caps for me too, and it’s not that close to me. What I remember most about Central Michigan was when they played Florida in 1997 during my time as a UF undergrad. The final score was Gators 82, CMU 6.

My guess would be some ESPN staffer entered the name that way years ago and changing it would mess up some sort of web search function which automatically turns school names into hyperlinks.
