Yeah, these point estimates of individual storm events don’t tell you much. Five storms of 15 inches each, all within a month, would be much more crippling than one 20 inch storm, but they wouldn’t crack the Top Ten.

Yea, the storm of '79 was way worse. I’m still kind of glad we got all the snow rather than all the ice they got in the Indianapolis area. They had a couple inches of ice. I think I would rather have snow than ice.
