Chilling Adventures of Sabrina on Netflix

Agreed, it was strange. Also Lucifer got dressed too fast. :smack: So I finally finished Part 2 this weekend. It was fun, but I think the writers tried to cram too much material into the last few episodes. I liked that there was some more worldbuilding (like the covens all being autonomous under an Anti-Pope), but the size of the Greendale coven still doesn’t make sense. :dubious: The coven is big enough to operate a school that’s not shared with other covens and have foundlings, but apparently the entire community can fit in a small church. Also there seem to be very few adults and they make it seem like Sabrina is the only student with any family or life outside of the Academy. I’m still looking forward to next season. What’s Lilith going to be like now that she’s Queen of Hell? If/when she reappears will be in her true form, or just climb back into the Wardwell. Also Theo needs to get a romantic interest; he shouldn’t be a perpetual 3rd wheel.

So–did anyone else think that season 3.0 really sucked?

Sucked, No, weaker than the first seasons, Yes.

I liked it. I think the set up for the next season is very interesting. Good Sabrina against Bad Sabrina, maybe?

Which Sabrina is which?

Also is Sabrina now ruling alongside Lucifer or instead of Lucifer? It’s not really clear and there’s still only 1 throne in the throne room.

Series 1 episode 6 what did the lemons symbolize? Colors have a lot of symbolism in this series, and I was wondering what the abundance of lemons meant. In old European art lemons were a symbol of wealth and power. Is auntie Hilda about to gain power?

So the show’s over now. That finale definitely works as a series finale, but there sure all a lot of major plot holes.

Like the fact the Spellmans have and intact Sabrina corpse and the Cain pit, but her death is somehow finale? Or was the Cain pit a gift of the Dark Lord that Hecate decided not to renew? Or Lilith wanting to die; what does death even mean for her? If it’s oblivion that her motives are rational, but really reduced to a mortal human wouldn’t her soul end up right back in Hell? Speaking of afterlives; why does Sabrina’s look like she’s still in the Void? And where did Sabrina Morningstar end up? Or did she and Sabrina Spellman merge after death? What did Morningstar even die of in the first place, her cuts looked pretty superficial?

IMO the show was okay for the first two seasons, not so great for the last two.

I liked her work. I liked her co-workers work.

I think Season 3 was poorly written ( No Spoilers!).

I hope we can see her in some other stuff.

( Please don’t say that’s mean. Nobody retires at her age. )

I’ve started the third season, and I have to say, I have a bunch of issues with it. Thanks for blurring the spoilers.

When Sabrina had to sing a song that was meaningful to her, I really was hoping that it would be this:
