Vanilla.
Wood.
Now, I absolutely love raspberry, but both my votes are for the same reason – deep appreciation for the subtle complexities and nuances of both vanilla and wood.
By the way, I personally believe that combining raspberry and chocolate is an abomination of nature. Yech!!
I’d almost suggest a vanilla and raspberry ripple, but most of the ones I’ve tried have had great raspberry but only so-so vanilla.
I don’t really care for raspberry. I think chocolate is good, but overrated. So I guess I’ll go with vanilla.
Let’s see…I just made chocolate ice cream. There was too much to fit into the container, but not enough to be worth another container, so I just ate it…it was dark and rich…and I’m all chocolated out.
I recently made vanilla, as well. Vanilla custard is some of the best stuff around, especially fresh out of the ice cream maker. When I lick the dasher I always end up with some in my beard, which the cats later discover and apparently find quite tasty. But I’m not in the mood for something as rich as vanilla right now.
Now, raspberry…red, dark raspberry…sun ripened, hand picked in the back yard, soft and full and bursting with flavor…lightly blended then strained through a cheesecloth into the cream for a perfect, smooth texture…sweet, yet delightfully tart…each mouthful makes you want more…yes, I vote raspberry.
As for metal, wood, or rubber, I’ll go with metal. No splinters, and no weird odor.

**'Cause, I mean, a good vanilla is just so divine (and I do mean a good vanilla, as opposed to the regular bog-standard gumboot vanilla, which is basically a what’s-the-point affair from beginning to end).
On the other hand, chocolate. C h o c o l a t e. Ahhh.
But then, raspberry. Yummy!

Yes!!
Godiva has a Great Tasting White Chocolate-Raspberry Ice Cream – Yummmmm:
Come to think of it, chocolate covered “Wood” is pretty good.

Speaking as a white guy, there is usually a good supply of vanilla wood around here.
I was going to say vanilla and wood, but after reading Zenster’s response… Aaaack!
Raspberry metal!
