I don’t do the bumper-sticker thing either, but I would make an exception for that one!
Actually, it does. It’s a very direct statement about one group - Christians. It specifically states they are not perfect, just forgiven. The very logical conclustion drawn from that statement is that if you’re not in that group of smug elitists, sucks to be you.
Of course, one could turn it around and say non-Christians are perfect, just not forgiven. Hmmm…I see a potential market here.
Yes, and only that one group. Any conclusion about other people, no matter how logical it may be, is not part of the original statement.
Better get on that one, right away - Big dollars could be slipping through your fingers.
It could mean… non Christians don’t need forgivness, they are doing just fine…Thank you!!:). Depends on one’s frame of mind,I would guess.

I just hate those judgmental Xtian bumper stickers. Or really, religious bumper stickers of any kind. I don’t like being told I’m going to hell for not being a Xtian, and I’m not going to tell Xtians that I think they’re stupid.
Their religion is none of my bidness and my spirituality is none of theirs. I don’t see why such a big deal has to be made over it.
