The Yahoo! homepage does it all, especially with sporting events. “Unbelievable play! One-of-a-kind goal! Major screw-up on the field!” And almost always, when I end up clicking through, it’s…“Meh”.
Isn’t “See you next tuesday” a line in every John Landis movie, or am I thinking of something else?
EDIT: Never mind, I checked and the John Landis line is “see you next Wednesday”
Last year I went on a trip, and wouldn’t be back until the following Tuesday. I wrote a note on my wall that said “Out of office. See you next Tuesday!”
I like Christina Aguilera’s singing, and I like Keanu Reeves’ acting. I don’t have any opinion on the MSN homepage, though (except maybe they like misleading headlines, but that isn’t unusual these days).
"The video title said “Irrelevant bitch is still irrelevant . . . and a bitch.”
Ha, it sounds like you stumbled on OhNoTheyDidn’t, which is a Livejournal gossip blog. Just by the title of that video, I’m guessing that’s where it originated. For what it’s worth, ONTD hates Christina (I mean, she has fans on there, but for the most part, she’s gotten a lot of bad attacks there lately), but loves Britney. Thousands of “stans” (like from the Eminem song “Stan”- an obsessive fan), fighting against Christina.
Could somebody explain exactly what happened, for those of us who can’t watch a youtube video?
Headline: GFACTOR TO OP: THIS FORUM AIN’T BIG ENOUGH FOR THE BOTH OF US!
The quote is
Roger: Tams, I got to go. Yeah, My boss is being a real Catch You Next Tuesday!
My repeated viewings of ADad on DVD are finally being put to good use. ![]()

I don’t go to ONTD anymore, but I still read boards like Pulse Music and the obsessive diva fans scare me. What I dislike about them is their defensiveness and referring to divas as deities (GODtina, GODgaga, BeySUS).
