A few of you may remember a few months ago when our kitty, Maxx got hit by a car, and how undone my husband was after. Maxx was a wonderful friend, and he can never be replaced. But still, we both have kitty sized holes in our hearts. Our two girls are sweet and cuddlsome, but they aren’t as entertaining as Maxx was.
Sooo, I decided we needed another boy kitty. He is Hubby’s Christmas present and he came home today. Hubby’s at work until 6 am tomorrow, so I thought I’d get the little guy used to the place for awhile.
I gave him a bath to remove his mom’s odor, and I’ll scent mark him from one of the girls, as soon as I find one of them. Until then he’s asleep on my shoulder.

Now, everyone, think happy thoughts so Hubby doesn’t get mad at me for making a unilateral decision to expand our family.
Hubby will be naming him, and he may need ideas, so feel free to make suggestions.

He’s a very pretty kitty! Are his eyes really blue, or is that a combination of the lighting and the camera flash?
He’s just 8 weeks old, they haven’t changed yet. I expect them to be yellow.
What are the two girls names?
Cassy, or Mamma Cass, originally Cassiopia and Lil’ for The Little Kitten. She’s Cassy’s daughter, and wasn’t supposed to stay.
I already said it in the MMP but I’ll say it again here… AWWWWWWWW… picu what a keee-yooote widdle kitty him is! I say name him Booger. He looks like a Booger.

Seconded. Bus Wife has refused allowing me to name any cat Booger, and I’ve tried twice now.

Oh man, now I’m torn. All our cats get nicknames, spontaneously awarded to match their personalities. When he’s not being called Cuervo , this one’s nickname is Buster.
