I just discovered this version of The 12 Days… from Straight, No Chaser.
And if this can be considered a parody, Malinda Kathleen Reese ran a medley of Christmas carols through a variety of languages in Google Translate, then turned them back into English and performed the results.
12 Days of Phantom. This was on the first 1999 Carols for a Cure CD, and started my annual holiday tradition of buying the things.
