I thought he was good in Sunshine. But, I’m female and I wouldn’t mind looking like him; almost too pretty a face for a man.

I’m one of the fangirls. Something about his eyes, those lips, and the strong facial features. Wow! 
Yeah, could be. To me his eyes seem weirdly shaped and he has a vacant stare, but apparently he’s been cast by at least one director who raved about his unique (odd) eyes.
I just came into the thread to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for alerting me to the existence of this movie! I just watched it and it’s wonderful! 
I checked him out on Google Images, having never heard of him before this thread. I don’t like to look at him. There’s something weird/creepy about his face that I find unsettling.

I think he’s just strange enough, lookswise, that his oddity makes him beautiful. The lush lips are inviting, the bright blue eyes are piercing.
The only one of his movies I’ve seen is Inception. In which he played a character whose personality was cold and reserved, so he fit the role well.
The only movie I’ve seen him in in which I thought he was attractive was “28 Days.” He usually looks weird to me, too - vacant eyes, pursed lips - weird. This photo is a good example of the weirdness. The idea of waking up with that staring back at you - creepy.
Oh thank YOU for telling me! It is delightful, isn’t it? It’s not without its dark patches, but I consider it such a feel-good movie. Kitten’s life isn’t all sunshine and roses, but for the most part she’s very happy, very comfortable in her skin, content, not ashamed of who she is and a joyous, optimistic person. I walked out of the theater with a huge grin on my face and wanted to see it again immediately. I think I saw it 5 times when it played in the theater. I like Ebert’s review.
I found CM incredibly sexy in 28 days later. Tall, lanky, stringy, super-cropped black hair, intense blue eyes… I could definitely have had ‘post-apocalyptic/we could die at any minute’ sex with that guy any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
But when I looked him up to fanwank, I was pretty disappointed. Definitely haven’t seen him replicate the sexiness of 28 days. But I do think he is an excellent actor, and does creepy really well.
I’m glad I’m not the only one who is only seeing the sexy in “28 Days.” I can’t even put my finger on what is or isn’t doing it for me with him.
Well, if someone starts a Thread about a guy who was in a Zombie movie . . .
Should’ve seen this one coming.
