RE Anchor restaurant. I know they have repaired the damage where someone drove a car through the front and it looks nice enough but it is not the same since Tim Buchanon sold it. I don’t know who owns it now.
The LAST time I was there I watched not one but two rats frolicking in the cubbyhole over the door to the kitchen. And this was in broad daylight! God only knows what goes on there at night.

I lived in Cincinatti for about a year when I was 18. I worked at Kings Island as a Ferengi and I also hosted the Karaoake show. Sounds cheesey, but my salary for one week was twice my rent. Not bad for a kid who had just dropped out of college. I saved up enough to move to NYC. Fun town. I used to hang out at Cooters over by Sudsy Malone’s cause they would serve me and you could dance there. I shared a greenroom with the dancers from the dance show. We had some fun that summer.

I actually drove past the Anchor shortly after the accident - a woman drove her car into it somehow. I must confess I have never been inside the place. I did however break down and went to the Jug a few years back.
