In the old sci-fi TV show “The Invaders” (“a Quinn Martin Production” starring Roy Thinnes), there was a way that you could identify an alien, something about his hand?

The pinky stuck out at an odd angle to the rest of the fingers.
There was some fault in their alien-to-human disguise process…the ray machine didn’t do hands so good.
Also, as was revealed in one episode, when the Invaders took on the shapes of black folks they got the distribution of pigmentation wrong – they had dark palms on their hands.
