In an efficient, business like fashion. They have reduced their probable voters to a rock solid core of Trump fanatics. They will crawl on hands and knees over broken shards of glass to vote for Trump. So, why spend money on GOTV?
She’s been fighting ISIS her entire adult life. How is Trump supposed to have any chance against her?
Trump defends wee-hour tweet spree: ‘At least you know I will be there, awake’
Yeah, or maybe people think he’s going to be waging petty Twitter feuds when he should be getting rest before a critical event, or while he should be listening to a briefing. For anyone who was still doubting, the muzzle is well and truly off. Better get the chloroform, Conway. Or don’t, it’s more fun that way.
Unlike Trump, Clinton doesn’t have the stamina to stay awake four years straight.
I predict Ms. Conway will be gone within the week, to spend time with family.
At this point, I don’t think it’s anymore a question of whether Clinton will win – she has probably now put this one out of reach.
However, there still may be time for Trump to make this race closer than it should be. I worry about a close race almost as much as I worry of a Clinton loss.
Bolding mine.
You misspelled “drug habit.”
Baumgardner is well known in Florida politics as a man with exactly zero scruples. The political equivalent of the psychotic mob enforcer happy to crush testicles for the capo.
That even he finds Trump beyond the pale is sobering; very sobering. Or else he was bought off by somebody else. There are plenty of wallets bigger than Trump’s.

‘At least you know I will be there, awake’
Coke’ll do that to ya.

He’s fleeing a sinking ship.

I’m predicting in the next debate, Hillary brings in a specific, named example of a small business person who The Donald stiffed. A personal story of a good person whose business was destroyed because Trump refused to pay what he owed.
She did pretty much that in the first debate. Mentioning the architect who designed a clubhouse for one of Trump’s golf courses and that he was in the audience. The clubhouse was built as planned and is in use today. Trump of course stiffed him claiming “maybe I didn’t think he did a good job.”
I didn’t see this brought up again much in post-debate commentary.

I’ve seen this prediction a few times. Any particular reason why or just the general trajectory of the campaign?

He’s fleeing a sinking ship.
If true that’s good.
Trump has (had?) a plausible shot at winning FL. Doing so would really improve his odds of winning overall. Having the FL Trump organization collapse into non-existence (or bickering ineffectivity) can only be a good thing.

I think you may be thinking of someone else. Healy Baumgardner is a woman who has done a particularly crappy job representing Trump so far.

My bold.
I first read that as someone Donald had STUFFED.
Wow. THAT might get some people’s attention.

General trajectory and past performance. It’s time once again to clear the deck chairs on the sinking ship.

Yes, but Trump didn’t have a specific name of a person. If Trump is given a name, then he’ll go after him personally. As you mention, Trump said “maybe I didn’t think he did a good job.”
“Maybe”.
Trump literally had no idea who she was talking about, because he has ripped off so many people.

This Baumgardner is a woman.

Ohio just turned pale blue in 538’s Nowcast. 76 to 24 overall.
Holy crap; I check 538 twice a day (sad!) but I missed that. Hillary’s odds in the now-cast have risen 24 percentage points this week.

It was buried behind Trump’s vendetta against Machado; “not paying taxes makes me smart”; and the Sniffles. There are only so many minutes in a day.
