It depends on what you mean by “fake”. If you mean that none of the incidents reported in the news are real (and everyone involved is an actor) then I’d have to disagree. If “fake” includes people dressing up in order to frighten real victims for lulz with no intent to truly hurt or molest, then yeah, I think that’s the case.
Yes. I think those videos are fake and the supposedly panicky victims part of the fake. I think many other sightings are either imagined or someone trying to scare people, but that these claimants are mostly sincere.
