What floats your boat?
Inspired by moronmountain and saepiroth, I began thinking about it myself. http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=101920 I, for one, enjoy Coke much more. To me, it just tastes better.
I too enjoy Coke more. Pepsi goes flat too quickly.
Regular Pepsi in a battle vs. Regular Coke, but Diet Coke is better than any other soft drink on earth.
Diet Coke tastes like dishwater. I like regular Coke myself. Pepsi’s too sickeningly sweet.
Regular Coke® by far. It has a “bite” to it. Pepsi is too sweet and doesn’t have the “bite”.
Coke all the way. Pepsi tastes like flat Coke, and is just plain nasty.
Wow, I can’t belive I’m the first one voting for Pepsi. Coke in a 20oz bottle tastes like a horses ass. McDonalds’ coke is tollerable, however.
Sorry, second vote for Pepsi.
Hmm…Coke makes my teeth grind, so I’ll have to go with Pepsi.

Coke, for reasons cited above. Although I’ll drink RC sometimes just because it’s cheaper. RC goes better with some foods, too.
Are you people daft? Pepsi all the way. Pepsi sweeter than Coke? Hmm…Coke has always tasted sweeter to me. Plus, Coke this this disgusting film on my teeth, ewww…
Of course, that is only if I’m forced to drink cola. I prefer diet cola to regular, and diet Pepsi is DEFINETLY better than diet Coke, which is always flat. But I would take a Stewart’s Rootbeer over any of 'em.

Sprite or 7-Up usually (I’m not big on cola) but if Pepsi and Coke were the only two things on Earth, I’d go with Pepsi.

Pepsi is sweeter and milder, Coke is sharper and more bubbly - a glass of Coke poured fresh from a can will tickle your nose. RC is flatter than either, and has a less pronounced taste. Coke goes better with cheese and fried food, Pepsi goes better with sandwiches, RC goes better with sweet foods.
Thus saith the cola conneisseur, who cannot spell that word.

I’m probably going to get a lot of flack for this, but I actually really liked New Coke alot. Of course, it’s been many moons since I’ve had it, so it just might have been my immature taste buds that liked it.
But in any case, yeah, Coke.
Diet Coke. I’m convinced that it has some special formulation, not unlike the addition of amonia to cigarettes, that facilitates the absorbsion of caffine.
Regular Coke is nectar from the gods…it’s almost like a drug at this point, I have to have it. Although I’m a big fan of Cherry Coke as well.
Best drink? Ale-8-1. Go to central Kentucky sometime and get some. Your mouth with thank you.
