You’re off on your definition. Cockblocking is not cockteasing, it is the practice of one guy (or a woman, for that matter) obstructing a guy from being able to talk to or hit on a woman he is interested in. For instance, if guy A is talking to woman B in a club but Guy C suddenly inserts himself and whisks woman B away to the dance floor, guy A has successfully been cockblocked by Guy C.
As to the OP, may I suggest the term “boxing out” as a female equivalent?

One that stands out in my mind is a guy I knew once who would flirt outrageously (and quite physically) with everyone in our little group, because he knew we were all had the hots for him. Knowing we couldn’t say anything about his not putting out because he was gay. (And the do the same thing to his boyfriend and not put out because “it would hurt the girl’s feelings” if he ignored us for that long ).
I’ve also encounter guys who would go pretty damn far before they decide they don’t want to “cheat” on their girlfriend. And didn’t mind going pretty damn far because they the have a girlfriend to go home and fuck.
I don’t think men get as jealous as women about it so there is no term. If there are two women and you devote all your attention to one the other could get offended or jealous. I don’t know if men are the same, at least not to the degree that women are because how we relate to the opposite sex is different. It is alot more rare for a strange woman to devote alot of attention to a strange guy but it is common for the opposite to happen.
A male cockblock however would be a guy who is jealous that his male friend gets all the attention so he tries to sabotage it. That doesn’t sound like what happened with you. What happened with you was something else.
