Juice of 1 small Orange
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
2 1/2 oz Light Rum
1 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz 151-proof Rum (at the end)
Shake with ice and strain over more ice into a zombie glass. Garnish with a stick of pineapple and a Maraschino cherry. Carefully float the 151 rum, and top with a sprig of fresh mint dipped in powdered sugar.
