Hot tea, with milk for me. Twinning Red Berry in the morning and Peppermint in the evening.
Very rarely, iced coffee.

Hmm. I looked around on Gevalia and Gloria Jeans websites and didn’t find water processed decaf in either place. I found decaf but nothing that specified. I would think organic decaf would be water processed, I would think it would have to be, but I wouldn’t count on it unless it specified. It’s not that easy to find.
Anyway, I’ve only bought water processed decaf from Intelligentsia, there are a few locations in Chicago, but they do ship. It may be pricy, but if it’s for an occasional indulgence totally worth it. You can get 1/2 pound shipped. Sometimes I just buy a 1/4 pound at the store since if I’m buying it, it’s for guests. I love the Black Cat espresso roast. (I use a French press.) And the El Mago blend is also water processed and organic. People I’ve served the Black Cat to didn’t believe it was really decaf, and a couple others I know seek it out because the chemicals used in other decaf processes make them feel ill.
So I hope that helps. If it doesn’t help you, aruvqan, maybe it will help someone else!
