Actually, no. People think that Coll’s crime was the one that violated the rules of the Board.
The administrators of the Board strive to be viewpoint-neutral, while policing the tone used to express such viewpoints. That is a difficult task, as most people want just as much as you and I to slam those morons.
But there is a long tradition that believes that the free marketplace of ideas is a good thing, and the Boards agree. The goal of the mods and administrators is to keep things civil, not stomp on idiots.

so, more than two fucking months ago, I addressed you in a thread and disagreed w/you. That, in your mind (and yours, too Izzy ) constitutes “Butting heads with” or “Having a history” ? If that’s the case then I “have a history” with damn near everyone here, including some close pals like Fenris (with whom I’ve often disagreed), or Guin (with whom I’ve occasionally disagreed).
(and FTR, no, I didn’t recall that one specifically - I do recall butting heads w/december repeatedly for example, I remember disagreeing w/ Izzy, Scylla etc in threads, but not butting heads. I recall exactly two other posters that I would admit that I “butted heads/with” , TheRyan and someother guy who’s name starts w/a “w”, that’s it from what I recall - I don’t carry grudges - even w/december with whom I almost always disagree and can get frustrated w/ )
and since you now admit that you didn’t realize my gender was female, I suggest to you that is some measure of evidence that we don’t have a significant history. (that fact routinely comes up, either 'cause I post something about being a mom, or 'cause some one else refers to me as a ‘dude’ and I correct it to “dudette”)

Okay grienspace, I’ve just looked at my posts in the previous thread about Coll’s attitude, re-read my posts in this thread and done a search to see if we’ve interracted much.
In this thread, I’ve said that kicking Coll was not very classy, told Gary to call you a stupid name and move on, then taken the piss out of lucwarm’s use of the word civil.
In the older thread I asked if Coll was aware he had been pitted, told Gary that I assumed the comment you regarded as racist was “calling a spade a spade” then, when he asked if you were kidding, told him I that I didn’t know and that I was drunk from all the whine.
Searching for any interaction with you, I found one reference where I replied to you regarding troll-hunting.
I get really pissed when I’m falsely accused of something. So, do you want to show me the posts that made it ‘well known’ to you that I hated your guts?
