I’ll be moving to Colorado Springs for a few months this Fall and wonder if any Dopers know what the going rate is for monthly motel rooms there?
Certainly varies with the part of town you want to be in.
Near the airport, or the north end near the Air Force Academy will cost more- and be nicer- than some place on Platte Ave that hosts crack folk.
Also, you might be able to find someone that needs a roommate for a few months on Craigslist or similar, we have a lot of vacant housing.
