I admit she was good in Poison Ivy 3, but for non-acting reasons.
So in The Office, what is Michael Scott’s obsession with Ryan the intern? I don’t think it’s sexual. I think perhaps he wants Ryan to look up to him and he wants to mold Ryan.
I’m not necessarily recommending these movies, but I thought she was good in: 100 Girls, Joe Dirt, and Not Another Teen Movie.
Those (and the Springer film) are what I based my opinions on!

Ryan doesn’t look up to him. Michael wants to mould Ryan though. He’s wanted to since he learned that Ryan went to business school by night.
I think Michael thinks he’s taking Ryan under his wing to teach him everything he knows about being a successful businessman, but deep down inside Michael has an asexual crush on the kid. Kind of like George Costanza and Elaine’s boyfriend Tony the rock climber.
And Ryan will quickly advance in his career to a senior level, and Michael will assume it’s because of his tutelage.
At the beginning of My Name is Earl when Catalina shows up, she is jumping up and down in the crowd. She says, “I had … to blow … ???”. What did she say? I rewound the DVR three times and still can’t make in out?
She said she had to blow off work.

Can I just say that I love every scene with Creed on the Office. From giving Jim an old shirt and gladly admitting it to the camera to the scene in the Halloween episode where he convinces Michael not to fire him. I love that guy.
Ha! The office holiday pics on NBC.com are awesome. They are pretty much exactly like one would expect from a real offic e holiday party.
But where was Meridith’s boob picture?!
The whole Office ep was hysterical, from the poster to the ball stomping, to Yankee gifts and ‘reverse psychology’ (which was a howler), to the final scene with Meredith dropping her top and Michael’s reaction. And Dwight’s elf-from-hell was a riot.
What was the first bad gift the Earl gave to Joy? The others were condoms and the keys to her car (“I know they’re your keys! I found them!”), but what was that first one?
I kind of looked like three bullets, but that would have been really weird.
I thought they were empty shotgun shells, and that she could do whatevever she wanted with them.
They looked like batteries to me…
Anybody else go to the site immediately after the show to see?

You know, a male friend of mine once got me a big pack of batteries for my birthday, and it was an awesome gift. They lasted me a couple of years, and I thought fondly of Pete every time I used them. But it’s not a *romantic * gift, which Earl hopefully will understand next time he’s in a relationship.
