Today is the last day I have to take Interferon shots.
This is the end of 2 years of poking a needle in my stomach 3 times a week. It is the end of the flu symtoms that follow each shot.
Now we just wait and see if the virus shows up again.
But for now I’m free of the needle !

Well I’m happy for you that you’re done with an unpleasant ordeal. What was the interferon for?

Thanks everybody ! It’s great to know people will take the time to care about someone else.
I forget who asked, but the shots were to treat Hep. C.
It is a nasty virus that is actually very wide spread, it is usually not even found until it starts having adverse effects on the liver.
If any of you have had blood transfusions, used IV drugs, gotten pierced or tattooed I especially before 1987, I suggest you get tested for it if possible.
