I too congratulate you both on finding new, true love. But I also would like to extend my sympathies for your loss. Regardless of how or why it happened, divorce is always a painful experience, and I am sorry that you had to go through it.
But clearly out of that darkness came some light, and for that I am very happy. I’m sure things are easier for you both since you have found a loving, caring soul to share your life with.

I too, especially as a newcomer, though this was a homosexual thread. I though “Cool, I get to see everyone stance on gays”. But I find a very sweet post about friendship and love found on the internet. I can’t tell you how many people I know have found the ONE on this medium!

Thanks, everyone! Not to worry too much. This won’t put an end to any head rubbing or Zotti kissing, although it might slow down anyone besides me who might want to paint her toenails. And yes, we’re already planning a welcome dopefest when she finally gets here, although exactly where it will be is still up in the air. It may well end up being a “Wecome to the East Coast” fest.
So, thanks to everyone again. I’m so happy.

Okay, so when Euty is in his eighties, he will be presumably too frail to defend the integrity of his Sunday NYT, allowing you, the intrepid Persephone, hopped up on caffeine, to snatch away a section or two of interest.
This scenario, although less romantic, is just as sweet as the other one.
As long as she doesn’t do the crossword puzzle.
