I always remember hearing those odd commercials that were just so silly, that they made you laugh. There was one which I found exceptionally funny-it was advertising cheese-flavored dog food…the announcer would solemnly intone: “Your dog is FINALLY getting enough cheese”!
For some reason, I found this funny!

I like one for Baskin-Robbins. It’s the one where the Mom tells her kids that if they behaved for Grandma, they’d all go out and get the newest treat from B-R. Grandma gushes that they were angels and then you can see that the room is a complete disaster area. As she goes for her coat, there’s an explosion from the kitchen that makes her jump mid-stride. It’s her attempt to be nonchalant and minimize her startled response when the explosion occurs that cracks me up every time!
Any Aflac commercial with the duck. I thought those were clever and funny. That duck’s a great actor.

I haven’t laughed at a commercial for awhile, but today I saw one for one of those vitamin water drinks. Shaq was a jockey in a horse race. I don’t remember if he won the race, but at the end one of the jockeys reaches up and pats Shaq on his butt. Reaching up to pat somebody’s butt just struck me funny.

The mother’s look of agreement is what really makes it.
The Polysporin commercial where the family goes camping. The dad has a rough time of it: falls over a log, catches himself in the ear with a fishing lure, burns himself on a hot marshmallow. These mishaps make Polysporin a much needed item especially for poor old dad.
The background music “Going Up the Country” by Canned Heat makes it funnier somehow. I’ve seen this commercial several times and it makes me laugh every time!
I love the Mac v. PC commercials. The latest one with PC singing a country song and the hound dog howling cracks me up.
I’ve laughed out loud twice at an Amped energy drink commercial featuring a crowd of people refusing to feel ashamed on their walks of shame.
The Snickers “Not going anywhere?” commercials with the panda-obsessed guy. I mention it every time one of these threads pops up. The weirdo with his panda fancier magazine with the whole office trapped in a conference room while he rants and raves outside about wonderful pandas. “You know what pandas eat don’tcha? Bamboo! [squeaky “panda” voice] ‘Coooome to luuuunch, and have some bamboooo with meeeee!’” I’m giggling just thinking about it. That will never not be funny.
I like the security guard’s comment in this commercial for Planet Green.
Plus the naked chick is pretty gosh-darned cute.
Definitely. I’d like to see more of her.
But still… ‘Nope. Just naked.’ 
This Budlight Commercial never fails to crack me up.
It’s always the kid’s laugh at the end that does it for me. It’s just the way he laughs that cracks me up every time.
I love the Bud Light commercial with the dog that keeps shouting “Sausages!” Something tells me if my own dogs could talk, that would be the only thing I’d hear coming out of their mouths. The squirrel at the end cracks me up, too.
