Was going to add this to the existing thread, but there wasn’t one, so I’ll start.

Just wanted to say that I paused it when Pierce wrote the check. It was for $5000.

$5000 isn’t nearly enough for the therapy you’d need after dealing with Pierce.

I thought the way Chang was used as drugs gone bad was brilliant. That and the line about being Korean or Chinese (“there’s a difference?”) made the episode.

Something seemed a bit off to me about the episode. It all seemed a little too conventional, but I’m sure I’ll enjoy it more when I rewatch it in the future and catch more of the subtleties.

Best line of the night: (paraphrase) “Jeff winger does look good in a coffin.”

I liked the subplot with Jeff and Britta’s nephew.

Chang finally manages to save the day… and gets a savage beating for it. Awesome.

I was hoping they were going to go further with the Brita/nephew thing. Incest humor can lead to greatness.

So who else grabbed their phone to type in “the number eight, equals, and a ‘greater than’ symbol”? I just couldn’t quite picture it correctly at first.

“Britta, you respond inappropriately to everything.”

“Thank you.”

“I found my phone, but where’s my bra?”

This was the first time in the history of the show that I actually enjoyed Chang as a character. I think it’s been hard for them to write for him but they really knocked it out of the park last night.

“That’s my landlord, and if he wanted to rape you, you’d be raped”

So drugs start off as Pierce, and end up like Chang?

That’s the best reason I can think of to avoid them all together.

I loved the Dean wearing the bee costume for his own personal reason.

Why does he get a front stinger?

Solid episode.

Dildopolis. :o

I wasn’t expecting a really FUNNY joke and I nearly choked when that was said. Best line of the episode

Loved the throwaway joke right after the opening theme song. LOVE the opening theme song, btw. It’s a song, right? As opposed to an original composition for the show?

Anyway, the best throwaway joke in a long while:

Abed: Do bees eat their own honey?
Troy: Well, I’m sure they at least taste it.

hehheh. So, Troy, what does your honey taste like?

I didn’t expect it, either. And, I didn’t quite understand what he meant when he said “Are you sure this isn’t on backwards?” earlier. This joke made me laugh, AND explained that. Double win.

Very funny episode. Chang was at his awesomenest and the landlord raping joke was super funny.

Britta looked damn hot in a leather jacket and cat ears…
I suppose Jeff did, too, if you’re into that sort of thing.

Troy: “'Are you sure that my costume is on backwards? Somehow I felt more confident before.”

Is this a reference to something? I don’t get it.

definitely.

Why was a crayon in the play, again?
