Another great episode. Watched it twice so far. I am so thrilled this is back on the air.
The theme of how clueless Jeff is about his issues continues to be artfully demonstrated. He knows he’s doing something stupid (like questioning Blade), but he keeps going anyway.
People asking what the Dean is doing there (and his “Yikes.”/“Ow.” responses) were a nice touch. And in the end he barely brings up asking Troy to join the HVAC program.
(But apparently the apartment has a cold spot and the A/C doesn’t work well and Troy hasn’t gone rogue and tried to fix these himself.)
The “I need help relating to something.” line is one I’m going to have to use.
Did Annie tell Jeff his shirt wasn’t working because it wasn’t or because she wanted him to change in front of her? The latter seems too manipulative for her.
