“Chang Baby!”
An amazing episode, maybe the best so far.
Loved the reference to Abed delivering the baby (“You were in the background somewhere”).
Also when Jeff referred to “your reader” for Dean Magazine.
The best part for me was when Britta was under the skirt. The look on her face for that first minute was priceless.
Next week: Paintball! This will literally be streets ahead of anything else on TV.
Great closing scene with the fire alarm.
They’ve been pretty hard on Britta lately. Nice to see her accomplish something.
Another great bit – when Starburns and the crew complained that they thought that for once it wouldn’t be about the study group, and how great it was when they went on the St. Patrick’s Day camping trip. That was so Meta that Abed would have been proud.
Bonus points for having Duncan cower behind the anus flag.
Did Britta look weird this week? Her face looked stretched taut to me. But maybe I’m just not used to watching it on a regular TV instead of Hulu.
I liked how they were setting up Vicki and Fat Niel for a b-story, then broke it off suddenly with Fat Niel’s comment, “Just once, I thought this class want going to be all about them.”
I had a thought the other day. Since Chang is apparently fluent in Mandarin, and he does have practical teaching experience, couldn’t Dean Pelton hire him to teach a language he actually knows?
“All Change babies are born with tails.”
I am definitely going to start finding ways to work “Chang babies like the sauce” into conversation.
Only if you immediately follow it up by shooting a package of Duck Sauce.
I noticed this, as well.
She’s looked weird for a while. I just figured she got a bad nose job/face lift between seasons.
I thought this was actually one of the least entertaining episodes of the series… just not a lot of laughs for me
There was one line I totally couldn’t understand… right after Troy and Abed said “Indecent Proposal” they said something that sounded like “WoodyTon”, I think each one of them saying part of it. Anyone catch that?
One was claiming dibs on the role of Woody Harrelson, the other claiming the role of Demi Moore.
I did too! She looked rough. Bags under her eyes and very thin faced. Definitely a change.
Guess it’s time to replace her cartridge filter.
I think she might’ve just tried to unnecesarily lose 10 pounds and it’s taken a toll on her face.
Funniest part of the night was when Brita came in for the rescue and just knocked Chang out of the way. Love me some Chang abuse.
Very funny episode. Lots of great lines to go along to everyone. Loved the fact that they had a Magazine Magazine proclaiming that Dean Magazine was the worst idea for a magazine ever.
I’ve noticed it for a few episodes now. Her face has become skeletal.
I’ll have to say, this was probably one of my least favourite episodes of this show.
