I was worried that Community might be a little stale repeating a idea from last year.
Boy was I wrong. I hope they do paintball every year now.
Or at least put Annie in that costume again.
I love Annie’s boobs.
And I loved this episode from the opening credits alone.
Also, 40 paintballs to first person to find me Troy’s “King of Clubs” picture.
So much slow motion running… Absolutely hypnotic.
The opening sequence was awesome! Is there anything this show can’t do well?
Also, when they referred to the Man in Black (or whatever they called Sawyer) as “network television handsome” my husband choked on the water he was drinking.
Also love the Dean. “Why does this keep happening?!??!” and “What kind of ice cream company does that???”
The Black Rider, even though he doesn’t ride anything. (Troy doesn’t make up the names. He’s a deputy. He deputizes.)
Funny; during the episode I couldn’t help but think, “I’ll bet that some pervert out there has already made an animated gif out of Annie running in slow motion.”
Bonus callback points for Danny Pudi’s card in the opening credits having a flapping cape. And for Troy saying “duh-doi” at the dinner in Fort Hawthorne. And for Jeff patting Annie on the head. And the tiger-pattern paintball gun.
It’s kind of cheesy but now I want them to end every year with a paintball episode.
Also, I am in love with Allison Brie.
I’ve never felt suspense at the end of an episode of a comedy show.
Did anyone recognize the voice of the ice cream cone? It seemed familiar to me.
Abed: Jeff just wants to talk.
Annie: Yeah? and I just want pants.
Funniest line was “…you raped the Ducane family”. Not a lot of laugh out loud moments for me this episode but it was awesome all the way through.
Awesome! I need to go back and watch it a few dozen more times to catch all the references and homages.

This show is clearly trying to beat out Scrubs for the “Background recurring characters” crown.
“Community” may not be the best comedy on television, but it’s definitely the most amazing. I never know what they’re going to try, and they almost always pull it off!
Oh, and ILAB, too.
I would be totaly Changed to have a paintball minigun. That was streets ahead.

Awesome episode. Did their titles, like Troy’s King of Clubs, correspond to the cards that they used to vote out/in Pierce?
I wish they had aired both episodes at once though. I can’t wait till next week.
