As you can see, I’m a newbie myself. I also lurked for a few months before joining, and found this to be a great crowd. I’m sure you’ll enjoy being here as much as I have so far!
Did I mention that it’s a really big cake? And that there are strippers inside of it? And that said strippers will be handing out hundred dollar bills and keys to new Lexuses? Welcome to the SDMB! Don’t feel too bad, I posted my first thread in the wrong forum too. I forgot that I had gone back to reread a thread, and when I submitted my intro, I accidentally posted it in the Pit. Ack! Imagine my horror. Luckily, for the price of some chocolate, Lynn moved my thread for me.
If we could somehow get Serendipity and tipiwoo to post in the same thread I would likely spend the rest of the day chanting their names, just because it sounds kind of neat.
