I was really looking forward to the new Spiderman game. It’s like Grand Theft Auto 3, except instead of being an anonymous thug you’re Spiderman. Sounds great to me! Unfortunately, if this is true, instead of being released on the PC as well as the consoles, as it’s been publishes as all along it’s going to have a kiddie-fied version on the PC that has the city part taken out and simplified controls. Whee.
Also, “Through The Looking Glass” have discovered a bug in Thief 3 that causes the difficulty of the game to reset to normal every time you restore a saved game or enter any level more than once. No workarounds have been found to fix it and it looks like it’ll only be fixed in a patch that may or may not come. I thought the AI seemed a bit dumber than they kept promising :(.
I guess the only real upside for me is that there’s even more incentive to stop putting off studying.
